VARDĀN Virtual Fitness Class
We are pleased to invite you for complimentary virtual group fitness classes (on first-come-first-served-basis) live via Zoom video conference from Tuesday to Saturday at 08:30 AM under the expert guidance of our Functional Manual Therapists. They will actively guide you to build your core muscles, thereby improving intrinsic strength, posture, balance, flexibility, endurance, and overall health.

Recommended Equipment:
~Dumbbells (water bottle or anything you can grip in your hands)
~TheraBand / elastic band (approx. 4 feet)
~A Yoga mat

Basic other requirements:
~Be in comfortable clothing
~Be in a room which has adequate space to move around
~Your microphone will be OFF as a default meeting setting
~Check your device’s network connectivity. Minimum internet speed of 2 Mbps is recommended for optimal experience
